林强同志是中共福建省委党史研究室副主任、研究员,在长期从事中共党史研究的同时,在党史学的研究上也有一定的造诣。本刊1989年第4期曾发表了他写的《论党史工作者的素养》,在党史界产生了很大的反响,中国人民大学书报中心复印资料《中国现代史》等报刊予以转载,并且获得了全国党史优秀论文二等奖。现在,本刊再发表他写的《再论》以飨读者。
Comrade Lin Qiang is the deputy director and researcher of the Party History Research Department of Fujian Provincial CPC Committee. While engaged in the study of the CPC history for a long period of time, he also has certain accomplishments in the study of the history of the party. Magazine published in 1989 the fourth of his published “on the quality of party history workers”, in the history of the party had a great response, Renmin University of China Library Information Center copy of the “China Modern History” and other newspapers to be Reproduced, and won the second prize of the National Party history excellent thesis. Now, we publish another “revisit” he wrote to readers.
