提出了等效腔近似下 ,包含光纤光栅反射率分布的光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器 (FGECL)的理论模型。数值分析表明 ,用该模型所得到的模式抑制比 (MSR)明显小于把光纤光栅反射率当成点函数 (即只在某一波长处有反射率 ,其余波长处反射率为 0 )来处理时所得到的模式抑制比。
A theoretical model of a fiber grating external cavity semiconductor laser (FGECL) with fiber grating reflectance distribution is proposed under equivalent cavity approximation. Numerical analysis shows that the mode rejection ratio (MSR) obtained with this model is significantly smaller than that when the FBG reflectivity is treated as a point function (ie reflectivity at only one wavelength and reflectivity is zero at the remaining wavelengths) The resulting mode rejection ratio.
