习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议上的重要讲话,为社会主义文艺的大发展大繁荣提供了明确的理论指南和强大的思想武器。学习贯彻好总书记讲话精神,对于促进社会主义文艺的健康、持续繁荣,具有鲜明的针对性和深刻的现实意义。为此,《音乐传播》编辑部就“讲话”所蕴含的理论与实践意义,于2013年9月24日下午采访中国文联原副主席、书记处书记,现任国务院学位委员会艺术学科评议组召集人、教育部艺术教育委员会副主任,中国传媒大学艺术研究院院长仲呈祥教授,请他就艺术的意识形态问题以及艺术与经济的关系、与高等教育的关系和文艺自身的传承关系等方面来深刻地解读习总书记的讲话精神。仲呈祥院长对总书记“讲话”深刻而独到的理解,给我们带来全新的启发。在采访中,他也多次提到音乐、音乐传播和音乐理论问题。为此,音乐文化的意识形态性,应当使每一个音乐传播者、音乐理论工作者深感自己重大的社会责任。中国传媒大学艺术研究院副院长张金尧陪同仲呈祥院长接受采访。几名音乐学专业博士后以及博士研究生协同《音乐传播》编辑部参加采访。中国传媒大学艺术研究院相关专业教师及研究生旁听采访。虽是采访,但是对在座师生而言又是一次非常生动、深刻的文艺思想理论讲座。
