城市用地紧张。土地开发费用日益昂贵。住宅建设与可供用地的矛盾加剧。为了节省土地,增加容积率,城市住宅的层数日益增加。当前我国大城市中。多层住宅都做到了六层。有些城市楼梯住宅做到了七到十层。影响了使用功能。在一些大城市、特大城市中,高层住宅也日益增多。因为高楼住宅必须采用电梯来解决垂直交通,增加了高层住宅的基建投资和日常运行费用。影响了高层住宅的采用和发展。为了既能免提高住宅层数。节约用电,又可不必采用电梯,我们对依靠自身体力攀登住宅进行了测试。
