大学生管乐团的发展与建设是高等院校美学教育工作的一个主要内容。然而,当下普通高等院校大学生管乐团却面临着诸多难题,如管乐师资欠缺、管乐教学存在较大难度、管乐团队员基础薄弱等。如何做好大学生管乐团的教学与训练工作,这已经成为普通高校高度关注的一个话题。为此,本文针对如何改进当下普通高校大学生管乐团的基础教学、组织管理、艺术实践以及合奏排练等各方面进行了探讨,可供参考。
The development and construction of the college student band is one of the main contents of the aesthetic education in colleges and universities. However, the current college orchestra brass band are faced with many problems, such as lack of instrumental music, music teaching more difficult, weak foundation of the band music team. How to do the teaching and training work of the college student band has become a topic of great concern to ordinary colleges and universities. For this reason, this article discusses how to improve the basic teaching, organization and management, artistic practice and ensemble rehearsal of the college student band at present for reference.
