从维持我国竞技体育可持续发展和净化全运会竞赛秩序出发,对全运会竞赛计分办法变化的动因进行研究。为确保“举国体制”下竞技体育的可持续发展、确保全运会更好地为奥运会服务,对全运会计分办法的发展提出了建议:确保计分办法稳定性和发展性的统一;扩大奥运会奖励面、并区别对待;加大基础项目、集体球类青少年组的奖励力度、并形成长效机制;完善政策,为西部地区竞技体育发展提速。
Starting from maintaining the sustainable development of competitive sports in our country and purifying the competition order of the National Games, this paper studies the motivation of the changes of the competition score system in the National Games. In order to ensure the sustainable development of competitive sports under the “national system” and ensure that the National Games can better serve the Olympic Games, some suggestions on the development of the National Games scoring system are put forward: to ensure the stability and development of the scoring system Reunification; to expand the Olympic Games reward surface, and differentiated treatment; increase basic projects, collective ball group youth team rewards, and the formation of long-term mechanism; improve the policy for the development of competitive sports in the western region to speed up.
