自1971年以来,在我院住院诊治有明显肝外表现的243例病毒性肝炎中,以急性亚临床性肾炎最常见,占同期肝炎的16.02％,占肝外表现的75％。此外还有血清病样综合症、心肌炎、单纯性贫血、血小板减少性紫癜及再生障碍性贫血等。慢肝多发的肝外表现有甲亢病和肾小球性肾炎。糖尿病在急肝与慢肝时均可发生,但仍以慢肝多发。有的患者同时涉及两个或两个以上器官、系统的肝外表现,另外,不同的肝外表现易发的年龄与性别亦有所不同。肝外表现仍以乙肝多发。乙肝以外的其它肝炎是否亦引起肝外表现及肝外表现发生的机理尚须探讨。现把我院自1971年以来住院诊治的有明显肝外
Of the 243 cases of viral hepatitis with obvious extrahepatic manifestations diagnosed and treated in our hospital since 1971, acute subclinical nephritis is the most common, accounting for 16.02% of the same period of hepatitis and 75% of the extrahepatic manifestations. In addition there are serum disease-like syndrome, myocarditis, simple anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura and aplastic anemia. Slow liver multiple extrahepatic manifestations of hyperthyroidism and glomerulonephritis. Diabetes in acute and chronic liver can occur, but still more prone to chronic liver. Some patients involved in two or more organs simultaneously, the system of extrahepatic manifestations, in addition, different extrahepatic manifestations of vulnerable age and gender are also different. Extrahepatic manifestations of hepatitis B is still multiple. Whether other hepatitis than hepatitis B also causes extrahepatic and extrahepatic manifestations needs to be explored.
