目前治疗皮肤癌主要用浅部x线疗法和手术切除疗法.前者治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期皮肤癌虽可使93～98%的患者能完全临床痊愈,但眼角、鼻、耳廓等处的皮肤癌复发率可高达11～27%,且疗后不同时期可有辐射损伤.后者对外观(特别是面部)有时不满意,且复发率较高,为19～21%.其基本原因系手术没有达到根治程度.为避免上述两种疗法之缺点,作者对皮肤癌试用激光治疗.
At present, the treatment of skin cancer is mainly performed with superficial x-ray therapy and surgical resection. The former treatment of stage I to stage II skin cancer allows 93 to 98% of patients to fully recover, but the skin cancer at the corners of the eyes, nose, and auricles.
