目的对南京市餐饮服务单位专间紫外线消毒灯使用状况进行调查,以了解专间空气和台面的消毒状况,为今后的卫生监督工作提供参考意见。方法对全市148家食品卫生监督量化分级管理A、B、C级单位餐饮业专间进行调查,结合现场监督检查和查阅台账进行分析。结果 148家食品卫生监督量化分级管理A、B、C级单位紫外线消毒灯使用状况逐级下降,且辐射照度和安装正确总体合格率低于90%。结论卫生监督部门应加大对紫外线消毒灯使用的监督监测力度尤其是将B级、C级餐饮单位作为重点,对紫外线消毒灯的辐射照度加强监测,同时强化餐饮业从业人员正确使用紫外线消毒灯的培训。
Objective To investigate the use status of special UV disinfection lamps in catering service units in Nanjing in order to understand the disinfection status of air and countertops in special rooms and provide reference for health supervision in the future. Methods A total of 148 food hygiene supervision of the city’s quantitative management of A, B, C-level catering industry unit survey, combined with on-site supervision and inspection and check account for analysis. Results 148 food hygiene supervision quantification and grading management A, B, C units UV disinfection lamps gradually decline in use, and the radiation irradiance and installation of the correct overall pass rate of less than 90%. Conclusion Health supervision departments should increase supervision and monitoring of the use of UV disinfection lamps, especially Class B and C catering units as the focus, to monitor the radiation irradiance of UV disinfection lamps and strengthen the proper use of UV disinfection lamps by catering industry practitioners Training.
