目的:观察生脉注射液对内毒素血症大鼠心功能的作用。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、内毒素血症模型组(LPS组)及生脉治疗组(SM组),每组20只。LPS组采用注射内毒素(L ipopolysaccha-rides,LPS)造模;SM组造模后立即经尾静脉注射生脉注射液4mL/kg体重。12h后经右颈总动脉左心室内插管监测各组大鼠左心室功能变化,同时检测血清心肌酶谱的含量。结果:内毒素血症状态下左心室收缩峰压(LVPP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左心室压力上升/下降最大速率(±dp/dtm ax)均有不同程度改变,应用生脉注射液后可明显改善心肌酶谱各项指标。结论:生脉注射液改善内毒素血症状态下心功能障碍,其机制可能与下调心肌酶谱和炎症因子水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shengmai injection on cardiac function in endotoxemic rats. Methods: Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, endotoxemia model group (LPS group) and Shengmai treatment group (SM group), 20 rats in each group. The rats in LPS group were treated with lipopolysaccha-rides (LPS). The rats in SM group were injected 4ml / kg body weight of Shengmai injection through tail vein immediately after modeling. After 12h, the left ventricular function of the rats in each group was monitored by left ventricular catheterization of the right common carotid artery, and the contents of serum myocardial enzymes were also detected. Results: Left ventricular systolic pressure (LVPP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and maximal rate of left ventricular pressure increase / decrease (± dp / dtm ax) in endotoxemia were all changed to some extent. Injection can significantly improve the myocardial enzymes of the indicators. Conclusion: Shengmai injection can improve cardiac dysfunction in the condition of endotoxemia. The mechanism may be related to downregulation of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory cytokines.
