Co60Cr30W5铸造合金在高温下具有耐磨、耐腐蚀和抗氧化性能,通常用作航空发动机的高温抗磨件。上海钢研所和上海有色所先后分别研制了该合金,性能达到了用户的要求:抗拉强度88～100公斤/毫米~2,延伸率1.5～3%,断面收缩率4～8%,洛氏硬度19～42,与美国同类产品相当。该合金经加工成磨片衬套,装在发动机燃烧室及燃油分布器上,台架试车累计已达2000多小时,
