30年建筑空间之基底,20年细节设计之能力,10年餐饮业务之累积。设计师在大众眼里总是带着几分神秘,尤其像来自台湾的张秀贞May(以下统称为May)及她的May space Design设计团队。采访May的过程中,我感叹于,原来设计师的思想可以使得设计的意境变得那么宽广,May身上透露出来的对自我专业的尊重、与甲方的平起平坐、开阔的视野、对设计本身的热情、对客户和消费者的尊重、对自身责任的自觉承担,一切的一切,都与内地设计师有着巨大的反差。May团队设计的品牌:王品、一茶一座、避风塘、豆捞坊……
30 years of building space base, 20 years of detail design capabilities, 10 years of catering business accumulation. Designers always have a bit of mystery in the eyes of the public, especially like Zhang Xiuzhen May (hereafter referred to as May) from Taiwan and her May space design team. In the process of interviewing May, I lamented that the original designer’s thoughts could make the artistic conception of the design so broad that May’s body showed respect for self-professionalism, an equal footing with Party A, an open vision, and the design itself. Enthusiasm, respect for customers and consumers, conscious commitment to their own responsibilities, and everything else have a huge contrast with mainland designers.
