吡嗪酰胺(PZA)在治疗肺结核中,引起双下肢活动障碍实属少见,现报道1例如下。病人男 40岁农民因咳嗽、胸痛1周于1989年1月2日就诊。X线胸片示右肺第1前肋间斑片模糊阴影,诊为肺结核。1月3日门诊予以每日晨空腹顿服INH0.3、RFP0.6、PZA0.75,日2次。2月4日(用药32天)咳嗽、胸痛症状消失,但双下肢活动无力,逐渐站立不稳,依靠拐杖走路,于2月10日
