Bactericidal test is to determine the minimum bactericidal concentration of antibiotics (MBC), killing more than 99.9% of inoculated bacteria. Determining an accurate MBC overcomes many of the methodological difficulties, however fluoroquinolone MBC is quite consistent and often 1 to 2 times higher than the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Time-kill curve (T-K curve) can be analyzed at zero bacteria and exposure to various concentrations of antibiotics and incubated 4 ~ 24
