劳动关系是最基本的社会关系之一,建立和谐的劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要方面。在我国,随着经济的全球化和市场化进程,企业已经成为了独立的经济主体,享有用工自主权。企业组织最基本的特征就是以盈利为目的,因此它们不可避免地为自身利益着想;而随着市场经济和法治社会进程的加快,劳动者对权益和利益产生了强烈的保护和竞争意识,因此导致大量利益摩擦和利益矛盾的产生。建立和谐劳动关系已经成为新形势下的一项重要工作。因此,对于新形势下如何构建和谐劳动关系问题的研究也迫在眉睫。
