以丰花月季杂交后代‘NH2013-6’茎段为外植体,进行适宜基本培养基的筛选、不定芽的诱导和快速繁殖研究。结果表明:(1)适合杂交苗腋芽萌发和增殖的培养基为:MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,利用此培养基进行诱导,腋芽萌发率可述93.5%,增殖倍数可达到3.6。(2)适合生根的培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L,生根率可达90.4%。(3)生根的组培苗通过炼苗驯化,逐渐适应外界的生长环境,成活率可达85%。
Using ’NH2013-6’ stem segments of offspring as a explant, the suitable basic medium selection, adventitious bud induction and rapid propagation were studied. The results showed that: (1) The medium suitable for the germination and propagation of axillary bud of hybrid seedlings was MS + 6-BA 2.5 mg / L + NAA 0.2 mg / L. The induction rate of axillary bud could be 93.5% Multiples up to 3.6. (2) The medium suitable for rooting was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.1 mg / L with the rooting rate of 90.4%. (3) The rooting tissue culture seedlings acclimatize through acclimatization and gradually adapt to the external growth environment, the survival rate can reach 85%.
