:[目的]研究隐性甲状腺癌间质纤维组织增生的意义与预后 ,胶原纤维的来源与癌细胞发育过程中的变化。[方法]用常规制片 ,特殊染色及Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的免疫组化(SP)法。[结果]隐性甲状腺癌细胞、间质胶原纤维 ,Ⅳ型胶原蛋白表达阳性。各种不同类型的隐性甲状腺癌中 ,基底膜形态表现均不同 ,分化差的表现零乱、重复和厚薄不均。分化好的则表现为无连续性和不完整。29.3 %(12/41)发生转移。[结论]隐性甲状腺癌间质胶原纤维的来源可能由癌细胞及小部分纤维母细胞分泌产生 ,对癌细胞生长发育、侵袭和转移有益 ,有营养支持作用 ,同时又限制了淋巴细胞浸润和抗癌药物对癌细胞的破坏作用 ,对机体有害。在不同分化的癌组织中 ,基底膜的形态表现有明显的区别 ,这可能和癌细胞的分化及生物学行为有关。
: [Objective] To study the significance and prognosis of interstitial fibrous tissue hyperplasia in thyroid cancer, the origin of collagen fibers and the changes during the development of cancer cells. [Methods] Conventional production, special staining and immunohistochemistry (SP) method of type IV collagen were used. [Results] The expression of type IV collagen was positive in recessive thyroid cancer cells and interstitial collagen fibers. In different types of recessive thyroid cancer, the basement membrane morphology is different, and the poorly differentiated performance is uneven, repetitive, and uneven in thickness. Well-differentiated showed no continuity and incompleteness. 29.3% (12/41) transferred. [Conclusion] The origin of collagen fibroblasts of secretory thyroid cancer may be secreted by cancer cells and a small fraction of fibroblasts. It is beneficial to the growth, development, invasion, and metastasis of cancer cells and has nutritional support. It also restricts lymphocyte infiltration and The destruction of cancer cells by cancer drugs is harmful to the body. In differently differentiated cancer tissues, there is a clear difference in the morphology of the basement membrane, which may be related to the differentiation and biological behavior of cancer cells.
