目的 观察恒磁场对垂体后叶素致家兔急性心肌缺血的影响。方法 家兔 30只 ,采用静脉注射垂体后叶素 ( 2U/kg)造成急性心肌缺血的动物模型。以交叉对照方法将动物分为对照组及恒磁场处理组 ,观察并比较其心电图ST -T变化。结果 两组心电图ST -T变化的潜伏期无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。但恒磁场处理组的ST段升高幅度、T波振幅及ST段恢复期较对照组明显降低或缩短 ,分别为 ( 0 .12 2± 0 .12 0 )mV与 ( 0 .2 40± 0 .12 6 )mV ,( 0 .36 0± 0 .0 72 )mV与 ( 0 .842±0 .2 6 8)mV及 ( 8.12 0± 2 .6 2 0 )min与 ( 18.42 0± 8.2 10 )min(均P <0 .0 1)。结论 一定强度的恒磁场能有效地抑制垂体后叶素致动物急性心肌缺血作用
Objective To observe the effect of constant magnetic field on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rabbits. Methods Thirty rabbits were injected with pituitrin (2U / kg) to induce acute myocardial ischemia. The animals were divided into the control group and the constant magnetic field treatment group by the cross-comparison method. The ST-T changes of the electrocardiogram were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in latency of ST-T changes between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the amplitude of ST segment, the amplitude of T wave and the recovery of ST segment in the treatment of constant magnetic field were significantly decreased or shortened compared with the control group, which were (0.12 2 ± 0.12 0) mV and (0 .240 ± 0 .12 6) mV, (0.36 ± 0.072) mV and (0.842 ± 0.268) mV and (8.12 ± 2.62) min and (18.42 ± 8.22 10 ) min (all P <0. 01). Conclusion Certain intensity of constant magnetic field can effectively inhibit the acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitary hormone
