目的观察蝎肽抗菌凝胶在治疗深II度烧伤创面的效果。方法治疗组创面应用蝎肽抗菌凝胶,对照组创面应用SD-Ag霜;分别观察两组创面愈合时间、溶痂速度、创面分泌物情况、细菌培养结果、患者接受程度等。结果治疗组比对照组创面愈合时间短,溶痂速度快,创面分泌物提前减少及消失;两组创面培养细菌检出率治疗组小于对照组,用药后治疗组转阴率较高。结论蝎肽抗菌凝胶治疗可缩短创面愈合时间,减轻患者疼痛,抗菌效果佳。
Objective To observe the effect of scorpion peptide antimicrobial gel in the treatment of deep II degree burn wounds. Methods The scorpion peptide antimicrobial gel was applied to the wounds in the treatment group and the SD-Ag cream was applied to the wounds in the control group. The wound healing time, dissolution rate, wound secretions, bacterial culture results and patient acceptance were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the healing time of the wounds in the treatment group was shorter, the speed of dissolution of the wound was faster, and the secretion of the wound surface decreased and disappeared in advance. The detection rate of bacterial culture in the two groups was smaller than that in the control group. Conclusion Scorpion peptide antibiotic gel treatment can shorten the wound healing time, reduce pain, antimicrobial effect is good.
