美国校外实习法律诊所是由法学院诊所教师和法律实务部门的法律工作者共同作为指导教师,采用诊所教育方法运行的一种新型诊所教育模式。实践证明,该模式在深化学生的理论学习,培养学生的法律职业技能和职业意识方面已经取得了非常好的效果,这对改造中国法学教育中的专业实习具有启发和借鉴意义。同时,这也必将为中国法律教育的实践性教学改革提供一个新的契机。
The United States Off-Campus Practice Law Clinic is a new clinic education mode that is run by clinic law teachers and law practitioners in Law Practice Department. Practice has proved that this model has achieved very good results in deepening the theoretical study of students and developing students’ legal professional skills and professional awareness. This model has the inspiration and reference significance for the reform of professional internships in law education in China. At the same time, this will certainly provide a new opportunity for the practical teaching reform of legal education in China.
