一、根及根茎类药材1.参类(包括各种红参、白参、西洋参):这类药材配方量一般不大,目前各地仍以手工切制为主。切制方法:将药材放蒸笼内(量少可用小瓷缸、瓷碗代替),置存水的铁锅上(缸、碗可放存水的钢精锅内),然后置煤炉或电炉上,加热蒸软,取少量斜放刀床上切斜片(薄片)边切边取,切完为止。注意:①铁锅或钢精锅内存水以烧开后水不接触药材和不溢入碗内为宜。蒸制时间以蒸软无硬心即可。②未切部分应放蒸笼内或钢精锅内,并保持一定热度和软度,暴露则易变硬,
