铁球合理装入提高球磨机的处理能力是提高选矿厂处理量的关鍵。我們于1954年实行鉄球合理装入后,球磨机的效率較前有所提高。在这基础上为了进一步發揮磨矿效率,1955年对鉄球的合理裝入与平衡补給工作做了更进一步的生产实驗。在实驗前,对球磨机的容积、轉数、給矿粒度、分級机效率、返砂比及返砂粒度認真的进行了測定,并重新計算了裝球比例。我厂使用的是3×8呎圓錐形球磨机。鉄球的裝入比例是根据全給矿中的粒度分佈情况,按照拉祖莫夫公式求出。磨矿机給矿粒度小于10公厘,最終产品粒度小于0.3公厘。装入鉄球是直徑为100、80、
The proper loading of iron balls to improve the processing capacity of the ball mill is the key to improve the processing capacity of the concentrator.
