比较了灯盏细辛与赤芍配伍后对咖啡酸(1)、3,4-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(2)、芍药苷(3)和芍药内酯苷(4)在大鼠体内药动学的影响。大鼠分别静脉给予灯盏细辛提取物、赤芍提取物以及灯盏细辛与赤芍配伍组方,采用UPLC-MS法测定大鼠血浆中的1~4,并采用DAS2.0药动学软件拟合参数。结果显示灯盏细辛与赤芍配伍组方后,1、3、4的MRT0→t显著延长;2、3和4的t1/2均有不同程度的增加;2和4的AUC0→t也有不同程度的增加。表明灯盏细辛与赤芍配伍组方后,1~4的药动学特征有所改善,两者配伍有一定的合理性。
