目的:研究中药金银花质量控制中高效液相(HPLC)色谱指纹图谱的临床价值。方法:采用梯度洗脱法对中药金银花采取HPLC测定,波长254nm,流动相为1%腊酸溶液-甲醇线性梯度洗脱。结果:采取梯度洗脱可有效分离出金银花成分,同时HPLC的重现性较强,在检查的6类样品中,共有7个共有峰。结论:通过HPLC指纹图谱分析金银花药材对其质量控制有重要意义。
Objective: To study the clinical value of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting in the quality control of Chinese honeysuckle. Methods: The gradient elution method was used to determine the content of honeysuckle in Chinese traditional medicine. The wavelength was 254nm and the mobile phase consisted of a linear gradient of 1% acetic acid and methanol. Results: The elution of Honeysuckle could be effectively separated by gradient elution. At the same time, the reproducibility of HPLC was strong. Among the six samples tested, there were 7 common peaks. Conclusion: It is of great importance to analyze the quality control of honeysuckle by HPLC fingerprinting.
