长江文化源远流长,沿江两岸自古以来形成了无数的文化圈,包括起源部分的高原文化、上游的巴蜀文化圈、中游的楚湘文化圈、下游的吴越文化圈等,都在历史上都是产生过巨大影响。各个文化圈之间的互动交流,深刻地影响着中华民族文化的发展进程。长江经济带是物流带、能源带、生态带、生命带、历史带、情感带,绚丽多彩,内含丰富。长江流域中有无数的城市将迎来新一轮的城市规划建设高潮,文化建设的参与也将面临新的课题。每个城市都有自己的文化品格和精神气质,巴山蜀水、楚水汉天、江南水乡,各有千秋。立足本土,深挖根脉,彰显个性,避免“千城一面”现象的发生,需要深挖城市历史文化内涵,塑造独具一格的人文生态氛围,长江文化带建设任重而道远。泸州作为长江经济带和文化带的神阙穴和命门穴,要发挥好通经和血、固本提神的调节作用。
