公路工程项目具有投资金额大、投资时间长的特点,其造价估算一直都是难题,因为其涉及人工、材料、机械等各方面因素。采用WLC估算方法,综合运用主成分分析及多元回归分析建立数学模型,并应用SPSS软件对实例进行估算,计算值与实际值相差较小,满足估算要求。该方法方便、合理,能够较准确地对公路工程项目进行造价估算。
The highway project has the characteristics of large investment amount and long investment time. Its cost estimation has always been a difficult problem because it involves various factors such as labor, material and machinery. Using WLC estimation method, the mathematical model is established by using principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis. The SPSS software is used to estimate the examples. The calculated value and the actual value have little difference, which meets the estimation requirements. The method is convenient and reasonable, and can accurately estimate the cost of highway engineering projects.
