针对某铜矿山氧化铜矿石含泥量高的现状,对该氧化铜矿石的类型和矿物组成进行了分析,对3种粒级(-0.295,0.295~1,-1mm)的矿样进行了酸法浸出实验。实验结果表明,其中0.295~1mm粒级的矿石可用槽浸工艺进行浸出。矿石渗透性良好,铜的浸出率为70.27%,铁浸出率为2.22%,酸耗为10.06t/t铜,具有较好的可浸性。
Aiming at the situation of high content of copper oxide ore in a copper mine, the type and mineral composition of the copper oxide ore were analyzed. Three kinds of ore samples (-0.295, 0.295-1, -1mm) Acid leaching experiments were carried out. Experimental results show that 0.295 ~ 1mm grain size ore leaching process can be leached tank. Ore permeability is good, the leaching rate of copper is 70.27%, the leaching rate of iron is 2.22%, and the acid consumption is 10.06t / t copper, which has better dipping ability.
