目的比较改良法血小板去除术与传统法血小板去除术在治疗血小板增多症患者中的疗效及不良反应。方法以60例血小板增多症患者为研究对象,其中30例采用改良法行血小板去除术治疗(改良组),30例采用传统血小板去除术治疗(传统组),观察两组患者血小板去除前后血细胞的变化、比较两组去除时间与患者不良反应发生率。结果两种方法均能有效去除血小板,传统组去除时间[(118±21)min]短于改良组[(185±13)min],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良组去除量为(487±25.2)ml,传统组为(450.8±23.0)ml,两组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应发生率低,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良法血小板去除术去除血小板的效果与传统方法相当,去除过程中低血钙、低血容量症状等不良反应发生率低,在缺乏与COBE Spectra型血细胞分离机相匹配的血小板专用管道时期,可获得良好的替代效果。
Objective To compare the efficacy and adverse reactions of modified thrombocytopenic patients with traditional thrombocytopenic patients in the treatment of patients with thrombocythemia. Methods Sixty patients with thrombocythemia were enrolled in this study. Thirty of them were treated with modified thrombocytopenic therapy (modified group) and 30 were treated with conventional thrombocytopenic therapy (traditional group). Blood samples were collected before and after thrombocytopenia Changes, compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusions Modified platelet removal is equivalent to traditional methods in removing platelets. The incidence of adverse reactions such as hypocalcemia and hypovolemia during the removal is low. In the absence of platelet-specific ducts matched with the COBE Spectra-type hemocyte separator, Get a good alternative effect.
