采用离子束辅助(IBAD)电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)工艺制备Nb/Nb-Si微叠层状复合材料,利用XRD和SEM对材料的物相结构和组成进行分析,测定材料的抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能,分析影响材料抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能的原因。结果表明:Nb/Nb-Si微叠层材料主要由立方Nb和四方Nb_5Si_3混合相组成;1150℃恒温氧化条件下抗氧化性能达到航空工业行业标准的抗氧化级,900℃/100 h燃气热腐蚀试验后试样的平均腐蚀速率为0.517 g/(m~2·h);Ti,Cr元素的加入显著提高了Nb/Nb-Si微叠层的抗氧化性能和耐燃气热腐蚀性能。
The Nb / Nb-Si micro-layered composites were prepared by ion beam assisted (IBAD) electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) process. The phase structure and composition of the materials were analyzed by XRD and SEM. Oxidation performance and resistance to gas corrosion, analysis of the impact of the material oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance causes. The results show that the microstructure of the Nb / Nb-Si micro-stack is mainly composed of the cubic Nb and the tetragonal Nb5Si3 mixed phases. The oxidation resistance of the Nb / Nb-Si micro-stack is up to the standard of the aerospace industry at 1150 ℃. The average corrosion rate of the sample after the test was 0.517 g / (m ~ 2 · h). The addition of Ti and Cr significantly enhanced the oxidation resistance and gas corrosion resistance of the Nb / Nb-Si micro-stack.
