Due to the unanimous aspiration of oil and gas production by the four largest oil and gas production giants in China, the momentum of the first oil and gas production in China was maintained and strengthened in 2013, and oil and gas production once again reached a historical new height. Although the difficulty of developing oil and gas reservoirs has further increased, breakthroughs in technology have enriched the means of utilization. High oil prices run well fully capped the cost of oil and gas exploration. Relatively relaxed profitability range also enhanced the ability of oil companies to invest more capital for exploration and development. In the combined effect of these factors, the 2013 national oil and gas production
