热解色谱已广泛应用于高分子化合物、复杂有机化合物、生物化学、医药卫生等方面的研究,但在岩矿分析中的应用尚不多。本文在南京分析仪器厂生产的CXL-101色谱仪上,使用TCD检测器,制定了一套连续测定岩石中CO_2、H_2O~-、H_2O~+的分析方法,可用于常量及微量分析。 1.色谱条件: 色谱柱:不锈钢管,内径3mm。担体粒度60~80目。以下四柱可任意选用:柱Ⅰ为2.5m401有机担体柱,柱Ⅱ为2m 407有机担体柱,柱Ⅲ为1.5~2m混合柱(活性碳:GDX102=1:4),柱Ⅳ为35cm活性碳柱。
Pyrolysis chromatography has been widely used in polymer compounds, complex organic compounds, biochemistry, medicine and health aspects of research, but rock and mine analysis is not yet applied. In this paper, a series of analytical methods for the determination of CO_2, H_2O_, H_2O + in rock are developed by using TCD detector on CXL-101 chromatograph manufactured by Nanjing Analytical Instrument Factory, which can be used for constant and trace analysis. 1. Chromatographic conditions: Column: stainless steel tube, diameter 3mm. Body size of 60 to 80 mesh. The following four columns can be arbitrarily selected: column Ⅰ is 2.5m401 organic supporting column, column Ⅱ is 2m 407 organic support column, column Ⅲ is 1.5 ~ 2m hybrid column (activated carbon: GDX102 = 1: 4), column Ⅳ 35cm activated carbon column .
