目的总结金属基托修复上颌单颌全口义齿方法。治疗效果和并发症。方法回顾性分析金属基托修复上颌单颌全口义齿治疗的71例上颌无牙颌患者的临床资料。结果全组患者术后感觉对口腔本部的体积影响不大,对舌的运动限制小,感觉舒适,且折裂,失败两例。结论采用金属基托修复上颌单颌全口义齿,能显著改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To summarize the method of repairing the maxillary single mandibular complete dentures with metal base. Therapeutic effects and complications. Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with maxillary and maxillary edentulous patients treated with metal maxillary single maxillary complete dentures were retrospectively analyzed. Results The postoperative feeling of the whole group had little effect on the volume of the oral cavity, limited the movement of the tongue, felt comfortable, and fractured and failed two cases. Conclusion The metal base restorations of maxillary single maxillary complete dentures, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
