首次报道柔弱短指软珊瑚 (SinulariatenellaLi.)的化学成分。从中国南海采集的柔弱短指软珊瑚中分离得到 5个西松烯二萜内酯。根据波谱数据分析 ,推导出它们的结构 :dihydroflexibilide(1) ,flxibilide(2 )sinulariolide(3) ,(1R ,4R ,5R ,8S ,9S ,12S ,13S) 9 acetoxy 5 ,8∶12 ,13 diepoxy cembr 15 (17) en 16 ,4 olide(4 )和 (1R ,4R ,5S 12S ,13S) 5 acetoxy 12 ,13 epoxy cembr 8E ,15(17) dien 16 ,3 olide(5 )。还利用1 H 1 HCOSY ,HMQC ,HBMC二维谱首次对dihydroflexibilide(1)所有的1HNMR和13 CNMR信号归属作了指定。测定了 1、2和 3的细胞毒性
The chemical composition of SinulariatenellaLi is reported for the first time. Five xanthene diterpene lactones were isolated from the soft-shelled soft corals collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were deduced from spectral data analysis: dihydroflexibilide (1), flxibilide (2) sinulariolide (3), (1R, 4R, 5R, 8S, 9S, 12S, 13S) 9 acetoxy 5, 8:12, 13 diepoxy cembr 15 (17) en 16, 4 olide (4) and (1R, 4R, 5S 12S, 13S) 5 acetoxy 12,13 epoxy cembr 8E, 15 (17) dien 16, 3 olide (5). The 1HNMR and 13 CNMR assignments for dihydroflexibilide (1) were also assigned for the first time using 1 H 1 HCOSY, HMQC, and HBMC 2D spectra. The cytotoxicity of 1, 2 and 3 was determined
