目的:研究八角茴香不同部位挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取八角茴香种子、果壳、茎和叶的挥发油,用GC-MS法鉴定挥发油成分。结果:从八角茴香种子、果壳、茎和叶的挥发油分别鉴定出55、48、51和51个化学成分,占各部位挥发油总量的98.80%、99.72%、99.26%和99.42%。四者共鉴定出60个化学成分,其中有42个化学成分是共有化合物,均以反式茴香脑为主要成分。结论:八角茴香不同部位挥发油的化学成分组成基本一致,但各成分含量存在一定差异。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from different parts of star anise. Methods: Volatile oils from star anise seeds, husks, stems and leaves were extracted by steam distillation. The volatile oil components were identified by GC-MS. Results: 55, 48, 51 and 51 chemical constituents were identified from the essential oil of star anise seeds, husks, stems and leaves, accounting for 98.80%, 99.72%, 99.26% and 99.42% of the total amount of volatile oil in all parts. The four identified a total of 60 chemical constituents, of which 42 chemical compounds are common compounds, are the main ingredient of trans-anethole. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of volatile oil in different parts of star anise are basically the same, but there are some differences in the content of each ingredient.
