过去,我校学生生产劳动的主要形式是参加校外工厂劳动。从一九六○年起,我校自己建立了工厂,除扩大原有机工、鉗工車間外,又增設了木工和造紙两个車間,从此我校学生主要在自办工厂劳动(初一初二学生参加农业劳动)。学校明确要求生产劳动要更好地为教育教学服务,即通过生产劳动,培养学生成为有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者。在实踐过程中,我們走了一些弯路,也遇到了一些困难,从而总結出一些不成熟的經驗。分述如下: 一、生产劳动的安排問題 要在生产劳动过程中向学生进行教育,生产劳动安排,是十分重要的。只有安排上劳动,安排好劳动,才能更好地进行教育。我校根据自办工厂的特点,在劳动安排上采取了如下一些原則和措施: 1.依据学生的年齡特征,年級差异,在
