目的 :为带三角肌前束肌蒂锁骨瓣转位术提供解剖学基础。方法 :在 5 0侧成人上肢标本上解剖观测三角肌前束形态 ,血供及其与锁骨的关系。结果 :三角肌前束前缘平均长 16.5cm ,前束在与中间束交界处长 14 .6cm ,前束起始于锁骨部宽 5 .9cm。神经血管束入肌门的体表投影点在肩峰角下 5 .6cm ,约在前束前缘外后方 3 .5cm。肌蒂游离长度达 12 .6cm。结论 :可设计以三角肌前束为蒂的锁骨瓣转位修复肱骨上段骨不连、骨缺损及软组织缺损。
Objective: To provide an anatomical basis for pedicle clavicular flap transposition with deltoid muscle. Methods: Fifty adult adult upper limbs were dissected to observe the shape of anterior hypothalamus, blood supply and its relationship with the clavicle. Results: The leading edge of anterior hypothalamus was 16.5 cm in average length. The anterior bundle was 14.6 cm long at the junction with the middle bundle and the anterior bundle was 5.99 cm wide at the clavicle. Neurovascular bundle into the muscular door of the body surface projection point in the acromion angle under 5.6cm, about the front edge of the front beam 3. 5cm. Muscle pedicle free length of 12.6cm. CONCLUSION: The supraclavicular nonunion, bone defect and soft tissue defect can be designed to be treated by clavicular flap pedicled with anterior.
