目的:探讨分析家长参与绘制婴儿生长曲线的效果,以及其对婴儿生长发育的趋势的影响。方法:从儿童保健管理系统中随机抽取2500名婴儿,指导家长定期绘制婴儿生长曲线,分别于首次和末次的评价填报参与绘制婴儿生长曲线图评估表。结果:1末次评价显示,3条生长曲线图的画点、末点及连线出现的次数分别为1.18次、0.36次和3.04次,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2家长认为婴儿生长发育好的比例、曲线图有助于评估婴儿发育的比例以及采用曲线图便捷的比例,末次评价显著高于首次评价(P<0.001);3医护人员对于家长更有效的接受发育指导的比例,末次评价高于首次评价(P<0.001);4第3、4、6次评价显示,3种生长曲线图的末点和画点的百分比随评价次数而逐次递减,连线的百分比则逐渐递增(P<0.001);5出生、首评和末评三者显示,年龄测体重、年龄测身高生长曲线的比例逐渐上升,而年龄测体重和身高测体重生长曲线的比例逐步下降(P<0.001)。结论:家长接受指导,并参与到绘制婴儿生长曲线及评估的内容中,既可以让家长及时了解到婴儿的体重身高生长规律,还能更好地促进婴儿生长发育。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of parents’ involvement in drawing infant growth curves and their impact on infant growth and development trends. Methods: A total of 2,500 infants were randomly selected from the child health management system to instruct parents to draw infants’ growth curves on a regular basis. The initial and final evaluations were submitted to participate in the evaluation of infant growth chart. Results: (1) The last evaluation showed that the number of painting spots, end points and connecting lines of the three growth curves were 1.18 times, 0.36 times and 3.04 times respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) The proportion of good growth and development, the graph helps to assess the proportion of infant development and the use of the proportion of the convenience of the graph, the final evaluation was significantly higher than the first evaluation (P <0.001); 3 health care workers for parents to accept the proportion of developmental guidance , The final evaluation was higher than the first evaluation (P <0.001); 4 The third, the third and the sixth evaluation showed that the percentage of the end points and the painting points of the three growth curves gradually decreased with the number of evaluations, and the percentage of connection gradually (P <0.001) .5 Birth, first and last evaluation showed that the proportion of height growth curve measured by age and body weight gradually increased while the proportion of body weight and height measured body weight growth curve gradually decreased (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Parents receive guidance and participate in the drawing of infant growth curves and evaluation of content, both parents can keep abreast of the law of weight and height growth of infants, but also to better promote the baby’s growth and development.
