教师是学校教育过程的代理人,体育教师的身份困境主要表现为所授课程不被重视,参与诸多的“非智力性”工作与教师身份相去甚远。在当下学校教育选拔功能被凸显的大背景下,体育课程在学校教育中的地位较低,导致体育教师的工作不被认可;体育教学的身体性、非文字依赖性等特点与职称评定的教师分层手段具有深刻的矛盾,对体育教师的地位提高极为不利,是导致体育教师出现身份危机的主要原因。
The teacher is the agent of the school education process. The difficulty of the identity of the physical education teacher is that the taught course is not valued, and the participation of many “non-intellectual” jobs is far from the teacher’s identity. Under the background of the prominent function of school education selection, the status of physical education curriculum in school education is relatively low, resulting in the unqualified work of physical education teachers; the physical and non-textual dependence characteristics of physical education teaching and the teachers of professional title assessment. The stratification method has deep contradictions and is extremely unfavorable to the improvement of the status of the physical education teachers, which is the main reason leading to the identity crisis of the physical education teachers.
