西利洛尔是一种高度心脏选择性的新型β受体阻滞剂,兼有β_2受体兴奋、α_2受体阻滞及周围血管扩张作用;其血流动力学效应及药物动力学特性较为理想。对轻、中度高血压及稳定性心绞痛疗效较好。副作用少。可安全地用于支气管哮喘患者。对血脂无不良影响。
Cilostazol is a highly cardioselective β-blocker with β_2 receptor excitability, α_2 receptor block and peripheral vasodilation; its hemodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties are satisfactory . Right light, moderate hypertension and stable angina better effect. Less side effects. Safe for use in patients with bronchial asthma. No adverse effects on blood lipids.
