目的:研究安可胶的免疫原性和免疫效果,为该药物安全评价和进一步优化提供实验依据。方法:安可胶是模仿凝血机制的最后共同通路设计成的止血制剂,自2015年2月至2015年8月,本研究在江苏省药物安评中心进行,按临床等效剂量设高中低剂量组及空白对照,通过对32例BALB/c小鼠免疫器官质量及脏器指数分析、噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测脾淋巴细胞增殖、氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NTB)还原法检测中性粒细胞吞噬能力,揭示安可胶对小鼠免疫系统的影响。结果:小鼠免疫器官质量及脏器指数均未发生明显改变;与对照组相比,各组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖指数无明显差异,试验组中性粒细胞吞噬功能显著性增强,粒细胞吞噬百分率升高,与阴性组相比,有极显著统计学差异。结论:安可胶可增加脾细胞的转化能力,并对小鼠免疫器官重量有影响,但在小鼠体内未表现出特异性免疫反应。
OBJECTIVE: To study the immunogenicity and immunogenicity of cocaine and provide experimental evidence for its safety evaluation and further optimization. The phagocytic function of neutrophil in the experimental group was significantly increased, The percentage increased, compared with the negative group, there is a very significant statistical difference. CONCLUSION: Enclave can increase the transformation ability of spleen cells and affect the weight of immune organs in mice, but no specific immune response was observed in mice.
