随着我国高速公路不断建设,人们出行安全意识的不断提高,高速公路管理部门对它的经济效益和社会效益的管理越来越重视了。因为只有高速公路经济效益不断的提高,才能更好地保障高速公路投入运行后的安全性,才能为社会各个事业的发展提供优质的交通服务,促进我国国民经济的快速发展。所以加强对高速公路建设的安全管理和相关制度的建设对于有效的保障高速公路持续稳定的发展是非常有必要的,并且交通运输业、物流行业的快速发展,对高速公路的安全要求越来越高,促使高速公路的安全管理措施的不断完善,实现高速公路经济及社会效益是当前高速公路不断发展的必经之路。
