发生膀胱的非嗜铬性嗜铬细胞瘤,临床较为少见,我院遇到一例报告如下: 患者,男,61岁,住院号3500,病理号78391。因间断性肉眼血尿3年,20天来加重,尿血块来院。有时尿流细,无外伤史,无结核史以及其他出血病史,无头痛头晕史,无高血压史。于1978年6月3日以血尿待查收入我院外科。体查:体温36.5℃,脉搏78次/分,血压120/70毫米汞柱,巩膜黄染(-),浅淋巴结不大,心肺无异 Occurrence of non-chromatid pheochromocytoma of the bladder is relatively rare in clinical practice.
