目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定维血宁颗粒中芍药苷、虎杖苷、麦角甾苷和白藜芦醇4种成分的含量。方法:采用Di-amonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长303nm。结果:芍药苷、虎杖苷、麦角甾苷和白藜芦醇4种成分浓度分别在22.3~223,61.1~611,6.38~63.8,4.88~48.8μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r>0.9995);方法平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%,98.6%,101.5%,100.2%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于维血宁颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of four components of paeoniflorin, polydatin, acteoside and resveratrol in Wei Xue Ning Granules. METHODS: Di-amonsil C18 (200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 303nm. Results: The concentrations of paeoniflorin, polydatin, acteoside and resveratrol in the range of 22.3 ~ 223,61.1 ~ 611,6.38 ~ 63.8,4.88 ~ 48.8μg · mL-1 were linear with the peak area (R> 0.9995). The average recoveries (n = 9) were 99.5%, 98.6%, 101.5% and 100.2% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of VXR.
