本研究用杂合位点较多的13单株,对26个多态基因位点中的187个位点组合的连锁关系进行了研究。确认了19个位点的连锁关系其中,Aap-2—Aap-3:Pgi-1—Pgi-2和ESt-2-Est-3为完全连锁、Est-2、3-Aap-2、3;Est-2、3-Dia-3;Pgi-1、2—Dia-1;Adh-1—Dia-1和Amy—Dia-4具有较强的连锁关系。同时对确认具有连锁关系的基因位点作类群划分,归纳为4个连锁群。并对各连锁基因群各位点组合的交换位作了估计。用“三点法”确定构成各连锁群基因位点在染色体上的相对位置,最后绘制出马尾松多态同工酶基因位点的遗传连锁图。
In this study, 13 single plants with more heterozygous loci were used to study the linkage relationship of 187 loci in 26 polymorphic loci. Among them, Aap-2-Aap-3: Pgi-1-Pgi-2 and ESt-2-Est-3 were completely linked and Est- Est-2,3-Dia-3; Pgi-1,2-Dia-1; Adh-1-Dia-1 and Amy-Dia-4 were strongly linked. At the same time, it was classified into 4 linkage groups for the genetic loci that were identified as having a linkage relationship. The exchange positions of each locus combination of each linkage gene group were estimated. The “three-point method” is used to determine the relative positions of the loci of the linkage groups on the chromosomes, and finally, the genetic linkage map of the polymorphic isozymes of the massoniana massoniana is drawn.
