农民政治参与是农村社会治理的重要内容,是实现善治的重要基石,是推动我国农村经济发展的关键因素。然而,当今我国农村村民的政治参与现状却不尽如人意,存在着一系列的参与障碍,严重背离了基层民主自治的初衷,需要从思想、制度等各方面去不断完善和发展,从而增强农民政治参与的积极性,确保农民基本政治权利的有效实现。
Farmers’ political participation is an important part of rural social governance, an important cornerstone of good governance, and a key factor in promoting rural economic development in China. However, nowadays the status quo of political participation of rural villagers in our country is not satisfactory. There are a series of barriers to participation that seriously deviate from the original intention of grassroots democratic autonomy and need continuous improvement and development from the aspects of ideology and system so as to enhance farmers’ The enthusiasm of political participation and ensure the effective realization of peasants’ basic political rights.
