曲线梁桥合理水平约束体系研究

为了研究曲线梁桥径向侧移病害产生的原因及其防治措施,采用了有限元数值方法,分析了曲线梁桥传统水平约束体系的局限性,基于曲线梁桥的温度变形特点,提出了一种曲线梁桥的“温度自适应”水平约束体系形式以及与其相适应的销轴式限位约束措施,同时讨论了限位销槽安装角度对销轴受力的影响.结果表明:对于小半径大跨径的预应力混凝土曲线梁桥,传统的径向全限位水平约束体系下,温度作用引起的径向水平次内力较大,支座和挡块水平抗剪承载力不足是此类桥梁径向侧移病害的主要原因.“温度自适应”水平约束体系通过释放桥梁墩台处梁体水平转角及中间墩的径向位移,在保证梁端伸缩缝正常工作的同时释放了外力作用引起的梁体次内力,体系受力简单明确,显著减小了支座承受的水平力,且梁体的径向位移不会明显改变桥梁的设计线形及结构的竖向支反力,说明该约束体系是合理有效可行的.销轴式限位约束措施可确保梁体在桥墩上按照预设的方向活动且不发生落梁,提高了曲线梁桥的安全性和耐久性;梁端销槽安装角度对销轴受力影响较大,同时也会影响伸缩缝的正常工作,应精确控制梁端销槽的安装角度,并应尽量控制在气温与设计基准温度相近的时间内进行销轴与销槽的定位安装.
