本文对钾、钠化合物在高炉冶炼过程中的行为进行了比较系统的热力学计算。分析了各种钾、钠化合物在高炉各区域的稳定程度。初步讨论了钾、钠化合物在冶炼过程中的行为的热力学控制条件和高炉排碱的措施。对钾蒸气压的计算结果和试验高炉的实测结果进行了比较和分析。
In this paper, a systematic thermodynamic calculation of the behavior of potassium and sodium compounds in the blast furnace smelting process was carried out. The stability of various potassium and sodium compounds in various regions of the blast furnace was analyzed. The thermodynamic control conditions of potassium and sodium compounds in the smelting process and the measures of blast furnace alkali-outgassing were discussed preliminarily. The calculation results of the vapor pressure of potassium and the measured results of the test blast furnace were compared and analyzed.
