河北省的艺术文化在传播过程中存在的问题主要是内向型传播模式,表现为传播主体的观念不够创新,传播产品的略显浮躁,传播媒介的孤立单一,传播受众的多元复杂等。因此,必须转变观念,实现河北艺术文化内向型传播到外向型传播模式的转变,打破地域媒介传播的封闭状态,实现河北艺术文化跨区域、跨省际的整合传播与走向世界的文化服务贸易的国际传播。
The problems of art culture in Hebei province during the communication process are mainly inward-oriented communication mode, which is characterized by the lack of innovation in the concept of communication subject, the impetuous dissemination of products, the isolation of media, and the complexity of audience communication.
