我厂选矿车间的球磨机、棒磨机、螺旋分级机等设备,过去由于没有合适的工具,大型另部件,如齿轮轴、轴承、联轴器、下托架等装拆十分困难。于1972年3月,自己制造和安装了1台300吨卧式油压机。该油压机(附图)由4根丝杠1、传动齿轮2、固定压力板3、电动机油泵装置4、油压千斤顶5、活动压力板6、电机7、减速机8、传动链条9、滑道10、传动链轮11、台车12等部分组成。该油压机的大部分件机安装在固定压力板3上,油压千斤顶5由自制的电动柱塞油泵装置4供压力油,回油靠重锤装置迫使其返回原位。调节活动压力板6与固定压力板3之间的距离以适应装拆的另部件的尺寸,其过程是由电机7带动减速机8、通过齿轮2、链轮11的
