目的探讨低剂量接触苯系物对加油站工人外周血淋巴细胞的DNA损伤作用。方法采用彗星试验检测加油站暴露组与对照组工人外周静脉血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,采用气相色谱-质谱法检测相应工作区空气中苯系物的浓度。结果暴露区苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯浓度均高于对照区(P<0.001);暴露组彗星尾矩和Olive尾矩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低浓度苯系物暴露可能导致加油站工人淋巴细胞DNA遗传损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose exposure of benzene series on DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes in gas station workers. Methods Comet assay was used to detect DNA damage of peripheral venous blood lymphocytes in gas station exposed group and control group. Gas chromatogram was used to detect the concentration of benzene in the air in the corresponding work area. Results The concentrations of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene in the exposed area were all higher than those in the control area (P <0.001). The tail moment and Olive tail moment in the exposure group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene may lead to genetic damage to lymphocyte DNA in gas station workers.
